Erin Condren and Catch Up

It saddens me to say that I stopped my instax photo a day challenge at the end of July. I found that I was just too busy and occupied by my study that I couldn't find anything else to take an interesting photo of each day anymore. In saying that I am proud of myself because I successfully completed the challenge for 7 months.

Moving on...
I want to start by saying that I have not been paid in any way to write this post and it is all my own thoughts and opinions.
There will be a link at the end of this post.

My Erin Condren life planner arrived today! I ordered it on the 20th of August and have I been impatiently waiting for it since. The planner did ship on the day that Erin condren estimated (11th September) which was great. Erin Condren are very good with estimating the correct shipping date.

This is the first Erin Condren that I have ever bought or owned and although it only arrived today I'm falling in love with it.

The life planner arrived in this beautiful box wrapped nicely in bubble wrap and beautifully coloured tissue paper.

Along with the planner, there was also a catalogue which included a $15 coupon, some beautiful quote stickers and some gift labels which were all free gifts from erin condren which, I believe, come with all orders. It was so nice to have some little extras inside the package.

This is the planner that I ordered. Isn't it beautiful?! The main thing about Erin condren products is that they're customisable. This cover is the Platinum foil edition in turquoise and I had it customised with my name on the front. This planner is one of the most expensive choices because of the foil in the cover and it was $65. I paid $70 for this one because I wanted to have the remaining months of 2014 as well as all the 2015 months. There are a heap of different designs avaliable and most if them are very customisable.

These are the calendar and diary pages that you will use for your planning. The calendar pages have nice sized squares that I feel could fit in at least a couple events each day.
The diary/ planning pages are what I really love about this planner. The weeks got from Monday to Sunday and are set out vertically. Each day is divided into 3 sections (morning, day and night). I've read that some people like to ignore these headings or cover them and use the sections for different things (eg, home, work, study) but I find that the morning, day and night sections work perfectly for me. There is also a small column at the left hand side for weekly goals and notes.

After all the monthly sections is the notes section. There are both lined and unlined pages in the notes section so it could be used for any kind of notes or drawings.

After the notes section comes some pre-made sickers that say things like; birthday, appointment, party and vacation.
After the stickers is the keep it together folder. The folder is double sides and comes with the perpetual calendar in one side. You can use this to store notes and I keep some of my sticker sheets in there.
At the very back of the planner is a clear zip-lock pouch. I love this! I'm keeping crafty things in it as well as some coupons I have.

You can see in some of the photos that there is a pen holder attached to the back cover of the planner. This was an accessory that I bought separately. You can also customise stickers to use in your planner as well. There is an accessory called coil clips which I was tempted to add to my order but wasn't sure if I would have a use for them. They are clips that you stick to invitations or anything you want to add to your planner and they clip into the planners binding coil, they're pretty cool but I've seen that some people have made their own.
